Ingredients per  6 servings

6 cups (52.5fl oz/1.5l) cocoa milk

1 1/2 cup (9oz/250g) Genauva dark chocolate gems

1 cup (4oz/110g) corn flour

1 vanilla-pod

5 tbsp honey

grated coconut

raspberry jam

  • Bring the coconut milk to the boil
  • Add the chocolate and honey
  • Add the corn flour and boil for 2 minutes while stirring
  • Use individual cups or an pudding bowl, rinse them with water and pour the pudding into the wet cups
  • Let it cool down
  • Put into the fridge for at least 1 hour
  • Turn upside down on a plate and strew grated coconut all over
  • Decorate with some raspberry jam on top
