Ingredients per serving

1 3/4 cup (14fl oz/4dl) cream

1 tbsp lavender flours

1tbsp coarsely ground black pepper

2 1/3 cups (14oz/400g) Genauva extra dark chocolate gems

cocoa powder

Decoration tip

Decorate with some lavender twigs

Preparation

  • Bring the cream to the boil with the lavender and black pepper
  • Let it soak for at least 30 min
  • Sift the cream and heat up again
  • Add the chocolate and stir
  • Pour the mixture in an bowl and transfer to the fridge until stiffened
  • Spoon the chocolate on a plate and make little balls
  • Roll them in cocoa powder
