Ingredients for 12 serving

2 1/3 cups (14oz/400g) Genauva dark chocolate gems (or milk chocolate gems if you prefer)

1 1/2 cup (5.5oz/160g) icing sugar

6 eggs

1/2 cup (4oz/100g) butter

1 1/3 cup (5.5oz/160g) flour


For decoration

Icing sugar paste in different colors



Roll out the icing past until 40mil (1mm)

Cut out with a ring or a glass (size cupcake) and lay on top of the cold cupcake

Cut out little flowers in different sizes, models and colors and combine them for a natural result

Paste the flowers on the cupcake (use a drop of water as glue)

Pin down a little silver sugar pearl to make it perfect

  • Pre heat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
  • Mix eggs and sugar well until white and fluffy
  • Use a double saucepan (“au bain marie”) and melt the butter with the Genauva chocolate gems
  • Pour the melted chocolate to the egg mixture
  • Add the flour gently to the mixture and mix firmly
  • Use a muffin tin and place nice colored paper liners
  • Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes
  • Let it cool on a iron rack
