2 1/2 cups (21fl oz/600ml) milk

3/4 cup (7fl oz/200ml) cream

1 cinnamon stick

1 star anise

1/2tsp (1.1dr/2g) ginger

1 1/4 cup (8oz/200g) Genauva extra dark chocolate gems

Preparation

  • Bring to boil while stirring.
  • Melt and mix into the milk.

Serve in mugs
