Ingredients for 8 servings 

1 1/4 cup (8oz/200g) Genauva dark chocolate gems

6 eggs

1 cup (8oz/200g) butter

1 cup (9oz/250g) sugar

1 cup (4.5oz/120g) flour

1/3 cup (1.4oz/40g) cocoa powder

Preparation

  • Grease the cup and put them in the freezer
  • Pre-heat the oven 437°F (225°C)
  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a double sauce pan
  • Beat the eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt until fluffy
  • Add the chocolate mixture
  • Sift the cocoa powder and flour and combine with the mixture
  • Fill the ice cold cups with the batter
  • Bake for 12 minutes at the lower part of the oven

P.S. Use little cups 3.5fl oz (100ml), be sure they can stand the heat of the oven
