Tip:

If you really want to spoil yourself and your guests, mix some ground caramel with the chocolate

You can also try with pepper chips and add some finely chopped candied lemon

Preparation

  • Melt and temper the chocolate gems
  • Dip the potato chips one by one in the chocolate
  • Put them to dry on a wired rack
