Preparation

  • Melt and temper the chocolate
  • Pour into the mold
  • Tap the mold firmly to the counter to remove air bubbles
  • Sprinkle the freeze dried red fruit on the wet chocolate push gently on fruit to make them stick
  • Transfer to the fridge to cool
  • Remove the chocolate block from the mold and store in an airtight container
