Coffee pudding
- Bring the milk to the boil
- Combine sugar and corn starch with the cold milk, mix well until well dissolved
- Add the instant coffee to the boiling milk
- Add the starch slowly to the hot milk and stir well
- Let it boil gently during 2 minutes while stirring
- Rinse the cups with cold water, do not wipe off
- Transfer the pudding to the cups and let it cool
Chocolate sauce
- Keep some milk apart to dissolve the cornstarch
- Melt the chocolate in the milk
- Add the sugar, let it boil
- Beat the egg yolk with a little warm sauce and mix
- Pour to the chocolate mixture
