4 cups (33fl oz/1l) mint ice cream from the store

1/2 cup (4oz/100ml) light cream 20%

1 1/4 cup (8oz/200g) Genauva dark chocolate gems

Preparation

 

  • Heat the cream (not boiling)
  • Add the chocolate to melt and stir well until a fluid mixture
  • Scoop the ice cream into glasses
  • Spoon the chocolate sauce over the ice cream
  • Decorate with some mint leafs
