1 ¼ cup Genauva® milk chocolate gemsTM

4 eggs (split the eggs)

4 tbsp sugar

1 cup Raspberries

Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate in a double sauce pan or microwave (low level and stir every 30 seconds)
  • Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture turns pale
  • Add the melted chocolate to the eggs
  • In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until they are stiff
  • Mix a few spoons of the egg white with the chocolate (it becomes more fluid)
  • Fold in the rest of the egg white very carefully
  • Poor the chocolate mousse in the glasses layer by layer and between every layer you put some raspberries
  • And you finish with more raspberries on the top
  • Put the glasses in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving
