1 cup (150g/5 oz) Genauva dark chocolate gems

Kiwi on a stick

  • Peel the kiwis and cut them in 1/2in (1cm) slices
  • Stab them on a stick or wooden fork
  • Melt and temper chocolate gems
  • Dip the kiwi slices
  • Dry on a wire rack
