Ingredients for four servings

2/3 cup (4oz/120g) Genauva Milk chocolate gems

2/3 cup (4oz/120g) Genauva Extra Dark chocolate gems

1/2 cup (4fl oz/120g) Bailey’s

1/2 cup (4fl oz/120g) Irish whiskey

1 bottle (12fl oz/330ml) Guinness

3 cups milk (24fl oz/720ml)

  • Cook the Guinness on a medium high stove until reduced to ½ cup (120ml)
  • Heat up the milk and melt the Genauva milk chocolate and extra dark chocolate gems
  • Wisk until completely dissolved
  • Add the Reduced Guinness, Whiskey and Bailey’s
  • Use a blender or electrical whisk to whisk until frothy
  • Serve in individual glasses
