Ingredients

1 cup (8oz/200g) desiccated coconut

1 cup (8oz/200g) canned coconut milk

1/2 cup (2oz/50g) icing sugar

1 1/4 cup (8oz/200g) Genauva chocolate gems (milk, dark or extra dark)

Preparation

  • Mix coconut, coconut milk and icing sugar together
  • The mixture should be sticky
  • Melt and temper the chocolate
  • Pour into the mold like you make pralines
  • Transfer to the fridge for30 minutes
  • Fill up the mold with the coconut mixture
  • Close the bar with melted and tempered chocolate
  • Transfer to the fridge for 30min
