2 cups (12oz/300g) Genauva extra dark chocolate (you can also use milk or dark chocolate if you prefer)

1 ½ cup (9oz/250g) butter

1 egg

1 cup of milk

1 – 2 tbsp sugar or some other sweetener you like

Grandma’s chocolate paste

Chocolate paste


  • Melt the chocolate with the milk
  • Take away from the stove
  • Add egg, sugar and butter and mix
  • Pour it in a very clean jar
  • Store in the fridge
