Ingredients per 6 serving

1 cup (8oz/200g) strawberry ice-cream

1/3 cup (2oz/50g) Genauva dark chocolate

Coarsely crunched black pepper

Preparation

  • Mix the black pepper into the strawberry ice cream
  • Pour the strawberry ice-cream into six ice-cream molds
  • Put a wooden stick in the middle of the mold and freeze them
  • Melt the chocolate in a double sauce pan (“au bain marie”)
  • Dip the frozen lollipops into melted dark chocolate
  • Transfer to the freezer again
