Ingredients for 6 servings

1 cup (8oz/200g) mint ice-cream

1/3 cup (2.1oz/60g)  Genauva dark chocolate gems

Frozen mint lollipops

Mint ice cream


  • Fill six ice-cream molds with mint ice-cream
  • Put a wooden stick in each mold
  • Let it freeze
  • Melt the chocolate gems in a double sauce pan (“au bain marie”)
  • Dip the frozen lollipops into melted dark chocolate
  • Transfer to the freezer again
