Ingredients

1 cup (7fl oz/200ml) water

⅓ cup (3oz/80g) sugar

½ cup (2oz/50g) cocoa powder

2 tbsp (0.7oz/20g) glucose

¼ cup (0.7oz/20g) Genauva dark chocolate gems

 

If you want other colors than brown use white chocolate, skip the cocoa powder and add food color.

Children can paint on edible paper to eat their own painting.

Preparation

  • Cook the water with the sugar, glucose and cocoa powder;
  • Let it simmer for 5 minutes on a low fire until all sugar crystals are dissolved;
  • Cool down until about 160°F (70°C) and melt the chocolate gems.
