1 1/4 Cup (8oz/200g) Genauva chocolade gems (milk, dark or extra dark)

1 Cup (8oz/200g) almond shreds (not to small)

Crispy almonds

Chocolate covered almonds

Chocolate covered almonds 


  • Melt and temper* the Genauva chocolate gems
  • Roast the almonds (don’t burn them)
  • Fold the almonds into the chocolate
  • Line a baking pan with baking paper
  • Use 2 spoons to spoon the almonds on the baking pan
  • Cool down in the fridge

Enjoy Chocolate covered almonds  on your table!
