Preparation

  • Melt and temper the chocolate (be sure when you use leftovers that no other ingredients were added to the chocolate)
  • Prepare the mold
  • Put a plastic or wooden stick in the mold
  • Pour the chocolate into the mold
  • Tap the mold to the counter (to remove air bubbles)
  • Remove the excessive chocolate from the mold with your pallet knife
  • If you want you can decorate the back of the chocolate with dried fruits or nuts
  • Put into the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Remove the chocolate from the mold and put into little cellophane bags with a bow.
  • Voilà you have a nice treat to give away.
