Ingredients for 6 servings

 

 

4 cups (35fl oz/1l) milk

1/2 cup (4oz/100g) Genauva dark chocolate gems

½ cup (4.1 oz/115g) canned pumpkin puree

2 tbsp roasted and chopped pumpkin seeds

½cup (4.1oz/115g) cornstarch

1/4 cup (2oz/50g) sugar or honey

2 eggs

pinch of pumpkin spices

Serving

 

Pour the pumpkin pudding on the bottom of the glass and gently poor the chocolate pudding on top

You might decorate with a swirl of cooled chocolate pudding

Dust with some cocoa powder on top

Preparation

  • Dissolve the cornstarch in 1 cup (8fl oz/240ml) cold milk, add the 2 eggs and mix well
  • Bring the rest of the milk to the boil and add the sugar or honey
  • Combine the dissolved starch and hot milk and mix well

For the pumpkin pudding

  • Pour 1 cup (8fl oz/240ml) of this mixture in another pot
  • Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin spices, mix well
  • Bring to the boil for 2 minutes

For the chocolate pudding

  • Add the chocolate and chopped pumpkin seeds to the largest pot of milk, mix well
  • Bring to the boil for 2 minutes
