Ingredients

Chocolate pudding

4 Cups (35fl oz/1l) milk

1/2 Cup (3oz/70g) corn starch

1 vanilla pod

3 tbsp honey

1 Cup (5oz/140g) Genauva dark chocolate gems

 

Orange pudding

3 Cups (28fl oz/800ml) milk

1 Cup (7fl oz/200ml) freshly pressed orange juice

1 Cup 5.3oz/150g) chopped fresh orange (white skin removed)

1/2 Cup (3oz/70g) corn starch

1 vanilla pod

3 tbsp honey

Serving Tips

Use a beautiful high glass

Pour the chocolate pudding first

Wait a few minutes and gently pour the orange pudding on top

Decorate with some orange pieces

Preparation

You make 2 different puddings in separate pans.

Chocolate Pudding

  • Dissolve the corn starch in 1 cup (7fl oz/200ml) cold milk
  • Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, add vanilla seeds and the empty vanilla pod
  • Combine the dissolved starch and hot milk and mix well.
  • Remove the vanilla pod
  • Add the honey and chocolate and mix well

Orange pudding

  • Dissolve the corn starch in 1 cup (7fl oz/200ml) cold milk
  • Bring the rest of the milk and orange juice to the boil, add vanilla seeds and the empty vanilla pod
  • Combine the dissolved starch and hot milk and mix well.
  • Remove the vanilla pod
  • Add the honey and the orange pieces (keep some for decoration)
