Ingredients

1/2 Cup (4oz/100g) Genauva dark chocolate gems

Fresh from the garden: Washed and dried holly Berry leafs

Tip:

I advise to wear latex gloves when you touch the chocolate to avoid fingerprints on the chocolate.

Preparation

  • The leafs must be very dry, if not the chocolate will not stick and harden
  • Melt and temper the chocolate*.
  • Use a new paint brush or kitchen brush and cover one side of the leaf with chocolate
  • Let it harden (in the fridge) for about 30min
  • Gently remove the leaf from the chocolate
