Ingredients per 4 servings

3/4 Cup (7fl oz/200ml) coconut milk

2 Cups (17.5fl oz/500ml) milk

1 tbsp icing sugar

1/4 Cup (1oz/30g) corn starch

1/2 Cup (4oz/100g) Genauva dark chocolate gems

Dried coconut

Whipped cream

Maraschino kirsch

Tip:

I always try to reduce sugar and fat in my recipes. So, I only use freshly whipped cream (no spray can) when having guests and I don’t add sugar to it.

Preparation

  • Bring the milk to the boil
  • Dissolve the corn starch and icing sugar with the coconut milk
  • Add the starch mixture to the boiling milk
  • Add the Genauva dark chocolate gems
  • Let boil 2-3 minutes while stirring
  • Poor into cups
  • Let cool down and decorate with some dried coconut, whipped cream and maraschino kirsch
