Ingredients per 8 servings

6 cup (52.5fl oz/1.5l) milk

½ cup (3oz/75g) cornstarch

1 ¼ cup (8oz/200g) Genauva milk chocolate gems

3 tbsp instant freeze dried coffee 

1 tbsp icing sugar 



⅓ cup (2oz/50g) Genauva Dark Chocolate

1 tsp (0.2oz/5g) (cocoa) butter


The dark chocolate will harden and gives a nice crack while eating the pudding.

Don’t make that chocolate layer to thick, you will not be able to crack it with your spoon while eating.

  • Bring 5 cup (45fl oz/1.3l) milk to the boil
  • Dissolve the cornstarch with the icing sugar in 1 cup (7.5fl oz/200ml) cold milk
  • Pour the starch mixture into the boiling milk
  • Add the Genauva mini milk chocolate gems and instant coffee
  • Boil for 2-3 minutes while stirring
  • Pour into glasses or cups
  • Let cool down
  • Melt Genauva dark chocolate gems with the (cocoa) butter.
  • Pour 1-2 teaspoons on top and smear it gently over the surface, you need a layer of approximately 40mil (1mm) of chocolate
