1 mini bag (1.2oz/35g) Genauva extra dark chocolate gems

1 tbsp dry freeze expresso

1 cup (250ml) hot milk

 

Topping:

Whipped cream***

Pinch Cocoa powder

Double Chokka Belgian hot chocolate mix (per serving)

Belgian hot chocolate mix

Belgian hot chocolate mix Preparation

Heat up the milk, add the ingredients, mix well, top with whipped cream and a pinch of cocoa powder.

Serve with a slice of vanilla cake.
