Ingredients for 4 people

3 ½ cup (17.5oz or 500g) self-rising flour

1 tbsp sugar

4 to 6 cups (1-1 ½l) lukewarm milk

3 eggs

2 tbsp oil

Self-made choco paste

4 sliced bananas

Tip

Don’t make the pancakes to thick. In Europe we have large but thin pancakes.

Recipe for banana pancakes

Preparation

  • Pour the flour in a bowl
  • Add the milk and sugar
  • Add the 4 to 6 cups (1-1 ½l) lukewarm milk slowly,
  • Mix with a wooden spoon until all clots are dissolved
  • Add the eggs and oil
  • Use the electric mixer and add more milk until the batter is fluid enough to flow from a spoon
  • Set aside for a few minutes
  • Bake in a pancake pan (about 10in (25cm) diameter)
  • Put self-made yummy choco paste on half of the pancake and put some banana slices on top
  • Fold in 4 and serve while it’s still warm
