Creamy chocolate pudding

Pudding is one of those delicious desserts that can be enjoyed year round, hot or cold, by itself or in a tart, pastry, éclair or pie. And with puddings, chocolate is a favorite for many. In actual fact, chocolate pudding dates back to the 18th century. And in the late 19th and early 20th century, chocolate pudding was thought of as a wholesome and high calorie food that was served to sick and bed ridden children.
Today, the creamy and smooth texture of chocolate pudding remains irresistible to both kids and adults. And when made with the original Belgian chocolate, puddings become extra enticing. This delicious dessert is easy to make and can be put together in a flash. It can be served right out of the oven directly to the table or chilled for when the chocolate mood strikes you.
