Chocolate as Breakfast

We knew it canada goose goose canada, you knew it, and now there’s scientific proof: it’s a good idea to include some chocolate in your daily breakfast routine.

According to a recent study from Syracuse University, chocolate may help brain activity and cognition. Chocolate intake was significantly and positively associated with a variety of tests, including the Global Composite, Visual-Spatial Memory and Organization, Working Memory, Scanning and Tracking, the Similarities test (abstract reasoning), and the MMSE (mini-mental state examination). Further research has also confirmed that having some chocolate for breakfast considerably reduces our cravings for something sweet during the day!

It makes total sense to us: why wait for the magical effects of chocolate to occur and to indulge yourself a little until the day has already passed? As they say, a good start is half the battle!

The only thing we’re not sure about is… should we have chocolate banana pancakes or pumpkin chocolate bread?
